Package Provisions & Responsibilities
What Your Booth Package Includes
- Designated exhibition space measuring 5m × 5m (25 square meters).
- Complete electronic and electrical system setup for each booth.
- Full exhibitor access badges to the pavilion throughout the 5 festival days.
- General 24-hour event security within the festival premises.
- General cleaning and maintenance of common walkways and pavilions.
- Exhibitor identification and clear official booth numbering.
- Rights to display promotional merchandise, marketing banners, and branding.
Exhibitor Responsibilities
- Internal design, branding, and customized decoration of the allocated space.
- Providing and arranging own tables, chairs, and seating configurations.
- Providing additional shelving, wine display stands, or specialized furniture.
- Supplying own branding materials (pull-ups, backdrops, marketing brochures).
- Arranging professional product tastings, glassware, and retail logistics.
- Ensuring your booth remains clean, attractive, and aligned with festival safety rules.
- Securing advance approval for any heavy machinery or extra power requirements.
Exhibition Standards
Booth Design & Safety Guidelines

Exhibitors may independently design and decorate their allocated booth.

Booth designs must strictly remain within the 5m × 5m perimeter unless extended.

Exhibitors are welcome to use their own branding banners, promotional stands, and shelves.

All internal setups must fully comply with festival occupational and fire safety guidelines.

No banner or temporary fixture may obstruct neighboring booths or common walkways.

Electrical installations beyond the provided standard provisions require prior technical clearance.

Exhibitors must maintain immaculate professional standards throughout all 5 days of DIWF.

Any custom temporary outdoor structures must be approved by the Committee before installation.
